Projeto Star - Lençois Paulista/SP

In 2018, the Irigaray Group made major investments to serve the Pulp area. In 2019, the Lençóis Paulistas / SP branch was created to serve Bracell's work, with a total investment estimated at R $ 8 billion and more than 10,000 direct and indirect employees. This plant will be one of the largest in the world in cellulose production.
In BRACELL's STAR PROJECT in Lençois Paulista / SP, the first investment will be one of the largest existing biomass gasification facilities to support the operation of the lime kiln.
The second investment will be a state-of-the-art energy distribution system.
The new plant will have a line designed to primarily produce soluble cellulose, one of the main ingredients used to create a wide range of products, from textiles, baby wipes and eyeglass frames to packaging for sausages and pharmaceuticals, as well as industrial products.

New Bridge of Guaiba - Porto Alegre/RS

THE NEW GUAÍBA BRIDGE in Porto Alegre represents a huge breakthrough for Rio Grande do Sul road transport and will certainly enhance the connections between the Metropolitan Region and the South of the State, speeding up transportation and reducing costs for all users of this route, especially those traveling on Rio Grande do Sul. producers.

The work started in 2014 was originally budgeted at 757 million reais, and after a few stops in late 2017 the release of 240 million to complete.

With 254 pillars, 357 thousand tons of concrete and more than 25 thousand tons of steel and iron, the operation demanded a lot from Irigaray's “Weight Engineering”, being used 8 cranes, 13 trailers and 5 articulated cranes.

Works of large size

The PAMPA SUL THERMALETRIC PLANT was built in the municipality of Candiota (RS) and will have a capacity of 345 MW.

The work moved investments close to 2 billion reais and required the creation of 2,000 direct jobs. In operation it will involve 300 continuous direct jobs, plus a plethora of indirect job opportunities.

Irigaray played an important role in handling and its operators used 8 telescopic and lattice cranes, 3 articulated cranes and 3 trailers.

Complexo Petroquímico do Rio de Janeiro (Comperj)

THE RIO DE JANEIRO PETROCHEMICAL COMPLEX (Comperj), in the municipality of Itaboraí / RJ, is a Petrobras venture in the area of ​​fuels. Irigaray has participated in this project since the earthmoving of the site.
It contemplates the construction of a refinery to process around 165 thousand barrels of oil a day. Initially, heavy oil from the Campo de Marlim, located in the north of Rio de Janeiro, is expected to generate more than 200 thousand direct and indirect jobs.

On March 31, 2008, Petrobras started the earthmoving works at COMPERJ and, after the expansion of Operation Lava-Jato, which led to the arrest of some Petrobras directors, the works were halted in 2015. In 2017, a round of bids for foreign companies to resume works. In October 2018, Petrobras announced an agreement with China National Oil and Gas Exploration and Development Company (CNODC), a subsidiary of Chinese oil company CNPC.
